Street water, low pressure, a spinning meter, interior flow, and a wet yard can overlap. Their location and timing help separate a distribution event from service or premise leakage.

Notice the signs
Check current provider notices, ask whether nearby properties are affected, and record water at the street, service route, foundation entry, or fixture. Preserve safe meter observations without opening, adjusting, or breaking any seal.
